Chocolate Apple Pie - 3 ingredients! Who would have thought that a simple recipe for a dessert could help you loose weight? Well, Yearwood definitely had her mind on something when she created this masterpiece. The rich chocolate flavor that is present in this recipe makes it one of the most delicious desserts you will ever eat. Not only does it taste good, but it is also good for you!
Chocolate - 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1 cup all purpose flour. Mix all of your ingredients together and then roll out the mixture. Cut it into quarters, and then flatten it. Form it into a rectangle by pressing down on the flat top part. Next, use the cookie cutter to cut it into three equal pieces. Now you have an awesome chocolate recipe for weight loss that will help you reach your goals!
Applesauce - 2 Taps of Apple Sauce, pitted. This is a good mix of apples and yogurt. I like to add the additional ingredients to make it more yummy. Add cherries, peaches, and pears to give it that sweet and sour taste. My husband loves it as well! Yummy!
Bananas - Use fresh bananas and add frozen bananas for added sweetening! I love bananas, so this was perfect! Everyone should try this delicious dessert. It has a lot of taste and can satisfy any chocolate lover!
Fudge - I cannot believe how easy this dessert is! I love fudge and I wanted to recreate the same delicious dessert. So I added some pecans and vanilla. This was delicious!
Chocolate Hazelnut or Coconut - These desserts are so yummy, and a great way to end the night. You can add topping to the chocolate or coconut for a little bit of extra sweetness. Again, you cannot go wrong with this dessert! I guarantee your friends will be asking you where you got this amazing dessert! Delicious, and very healthy at the same time!
Pecan Rolls - Another great Trisha yearwood weight loss dessert. I love the texture of these rolls. They are soft and tasty. The flavor is also excellent. The trisha wood gave these rolls a nice warm and rich feel to them.
Apple - A nice crisp apple pie roll would be wonderful after a day of exercising and trying to eat clean. Again, the trisha wood gave this apple pie roll a nice rich and tasty feel. I would make this one a regular in my diet. Not only does it contribute to my losing weight, but I get to eat an apple every day!
Soy Chicken Breast - This is actually my favorite trisha wood recipe. Soy chicken breast is very tasty. I love the texture of this. I don't usually add any additional seasonings to this. My family really loves this as a special treat each week.
